Any new PC provided by us comes complete with all the necessary defences - including two years antivirus cover, a firewall and the latest spyware protection.

There is also the download section of the site that can help. We regularly update these downloads to provide programs that can help diagnose and eradicate certain types of virus or spyware.

There are also programs that can be used to extract information from your system that we can then use to help you with the process.

There are, however, some infections that will require specialist treatment, in which case we can arrange to either collect the machine or arrange for the system to be brought to us.
